Dear friends,

Saturday, I am holding two events in the district. I hope that you will find some time to attend one or both of these very different events.

From 10:00 to 12:00 noon, I am holding a town hall meeting with Rep. Jackie Dingfelder at PCC Southeast. Rep. Dingfelder and I will be going over the successes and challenges of the legislative session, answering your questions, and gathering your ideas for next time around. At 3:00, I will be holding a BBQ at Laurelhurst Park. This is an informal gathering of neighbors to talk to me, to my staff, to each other about our community. We will be serving up burgers, enjoying some refreshments, and relaxing on a beautiful summer afternoon. I will be bringing my family and I hope that you will bring yours. I realize that it is a busy time for many of you.
